You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for anything unlawful.

We do our best to describe our products and show pricing accurately. Prices, bundle pricing, promotional discounts, and availability can change at any time without notice. If a product or price is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Product photography is illustrative. Can artwork and packaging may vary slightly from what is pictured.

Checkout is processed by Shopify. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm and ship. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Discount codes, including bundle discounts, apply only to qualifying carts, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be discontinued at any time.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of your order. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you track down a lost shipment — just contact us.

Because we ship a consumable beverage, we cannot accept returns of opened product. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or short, email hello@itswhatwecallit.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it.

If you sign up for our email list or text club, you consent to receive marketing messages from us. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Wooder and “It's What We Call It” names, logos, can artwork, photography, and site content are owned by us and protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not use them without our written permission.

If you send us photos, comments, or ideas — including by tagging us on social media — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them in our marketing, with credit where practical. Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on this site is medical or nutritional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wooder Water is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Our site links to third-party services such as Shopify, Google Maps, and social platforms. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after we post changes means you accept the updated terms.
