Privacy Policy

• Information you give us: name, email address, mobile phone number, shipping and billing address, and anything you type into our contact, wholesale, or newsletter forms.
• Order information: what you bought, order totals, and fulfillment status. Payment card details are handled directly by Shopify and its payment processors — we never see or store your full card number.
• Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

• Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and send order and delivery updates
• Respond to contact, wholesale, and event inquiries
• Send marketing emails and text messages about launches, deals, and events — only if you opted in, and you can opt out at any time
• Improve the site, our products, and where we stock them
• Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to run our business, and only for that purpose:

• Shopify — storefront, checkout, and payment processing
• Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners — to deliver your order
• Email and SMS providers — to send the messages you signed up for
• Analytics providers — to understand how the site is used

We may also disclose information when required by law, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

If you join our text club, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Wooder water at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging service provider that delivers our texts on our behalf. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.

When you give us your email, you agree to receive marketing emails about new launches, deals, and announcements. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting your ability to order.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure site traffic. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies — note that blocking them may break the cart and checkout.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing. To make a request, email us at hello@itswhatwecallit.com or use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards — including encrypted connections and reputable processors like Shopify — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
