These terms govern the Wooder Water Text Club, our mobile messaging program. By opting in, you agree to what's below.
Program Name
The program is the Wooder Water Text Club, operated by Wooder Water, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
How To Opt In
You join by entering your mobile number in the text club sign-up form on itswhatwecallit.com and checking the consent box that reads:
"By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Wooder Water at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
The box is not pre-checked, and you cannot submit the form without checking it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
What We Send
Recurring automated marketing text messages from Wooder Water, including:
- A one-time welcome message confirming your sign-up
- Product launch and availability announcements
- Alerts when Wooder lands in a store or at an event near you
- Occasional promotions and offers
Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wooder Water does not charge for the messages themselves — any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan.
How To Stop (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one final confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and we won't text you again unless you rejoin. You may also reply with CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPTOUT. To rejoin, sign up again on our site or reply START.

Carriers & Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to transmission limitations and carrier availability, and we cannot guarantee that every message reaches you.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. Standard U.S. mobile numbers only.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to text messages with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with the messaging service provider that delivers our texts. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
